Kylie commenced as Executive Officer of RFCS Gippsland in September 2016. Kylie has worked in the banking and finance industry, and previously within water service and supply organisations in various management roles including finance, IT, risk & regulation and business services.
Kylie is involved in a small tourist business on Phillip Island which her husband has owned and operated for over 15 years. Working with farmers and small businesses with RFCS Gippsland, as well as being a current small business owner, Kylie has an appreciation of the challenges of small business from both a rural and tourist perspective and is keen advocate of wellbeing promoting a ‘Detect & Protect’ campaign with farmers, partnering with Lifeline Gippsland Farmer’s Friend mentor program, and delivering a number of RUOK? sessions for farmers and rural service providers.
