Archana Nanthakumar is the founder of Good Grains, a functional health food company on a challenging mission to combat rising obesity rates and inflammation in Australia. She is building a microbiome-led brand that shifts the attention from simply feeding ourselves to also feeding the 38 trillion inhabitants that call us home. Archana is a biomedical engineer from UNSW and heavily guided by emerging scientific literature on gut health, the microbiome and metabolic wellbeing. Good Grains brings innovative food tech products, educational programs and retail partnerships to power a better, healthier Australia.
