Dr Suji Sanjeevan is a fragrance innovator, entrepreneur and co founder of LIGHT + GLO and BrandScent. What began with creating fragrance products evolved into scent marketing, helping brands use scent to influence emotion, memory and behaviour. Today, her work is increasingly focused on the emerging field of scent therapy, exploring how fragrance can support wellbeing and human experience.
With a clinical background and deep interest in psychology and behavioural science, Suji sits at the intersection of scent, technology and innovation. Her work spans retail, sport, hospitality, healthcare and corporate sectors, proving that fragrance is far more than a product. It is a powerful tool for connection, experience and change.
Alongside entrepreneurship, Suji serves as Chair of the Victorian Small Business Ministerial Council, and a member of the Federal Small Business Consultative Group bringing the realities, challenges and opportunities facing small business directly into conversations that help shape policy and government decision making.
