Rebecca Warren is the Executive General Manager of Small Business Banking at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), leading a diverse team that includes Small Business Bankers and Analysts, Business Home Lending, Broker, Agency and Specialist Services, and Operations teams.

She has previously led the BB and IB&M Business Marketing, Strategy and Transformation and Specialists solutions teams during her tenure at CBA, and prior to joining CBA, she held various senior roles at NAB and St. George Bank, covering Business and Corporate Banking, and Retail Banking.
