Ryan is the Acting CEO of the Tech Council of Australia. He has been the Head of Public Policy at the TCA since mid-2022, leading the organisation’s work on investment, talent and regulation policy. Prior to joining the Tech Council, Ryan was a senior political adviser and Deputy Cabinet Secretary and has 10+ years of experience in the Australian Public Service working across innovation, industry and environment policy.
